Remember, your second payment of $300 is due on Monday, November 3rd.  Then, the third payment of $300 is due on Monday, December 1st.  

Please be sure to include the Payment Form below every time you make a payment in person and be sure to bring me a copy of your receipt so I can also keep accurate records.
